Cristina leads our payroll team and is the person who turns the rules into a working monthly cycle for our 200+ clients. A certified payroll specialist with deep, hands-on experience across PAYE, CIS, pensions and IR35. Certified across QuickBooks, Xero, BrightPay, Sage Payroll and MoneySoft, and speaks multiple languages. CIS for construction contractors is a particular strength, and she is proactive with HMRC: coding notices, RTI corrections, late filings and reasonable-excuse appeals are handled as a matter of routine, before they become a problem.

Office Manager. With Lexarox Payroll since 2025.

Laura-Elena keeps the office and the workflow moving: client onboarding, scheduling, document management, and the daily flow of paperwork between team, clients and HMRC. Qualified in accounting and finance, with a master's degree in project management. Calm, helpful and professional on the phone, and usually the first voice you hear when you call.

CEO, Lexarox Group. Founder.

Andreea founded the Lexarox Group in 2013 and leads it as CEO. Her role at Lexarox Payroll is strategic: day-to-day payroll runs through Cristina's team, and Andreea sets the group's direction. UK-trained legal professional (LLM and LPC), admitted to the New York Bar for cross-border UK / US matters, and AAT-qualified in accounting. The combination of legal and financial training is the reason Lexarox Payroll operates with the compliance depth of a far larger firm.
