    How we work with you.

    We acknowledge
    You receive an automatic acknowledgement immediately, and a personal reply from a real human within one working day. If your message arrives outside working hours, the personal reply will land the next working morning.
    We send a written quote
    Our reply confirms the scope (CIS, PAYE, IR35, or a mix), the cycle frequency, the software, and a transparent fixed monthly fee. We also offer two or three time slots for a free call if you would like to talk it through first.
    Onboarding
    If you accept the quote, we onboard the scheme inside thirty days. No double-running, no gaps, no disruption to your team.

    • MS.128, 203-213 Mare Street, Hackney, London, E8 3JS. Five minutes' walk from Hackney Central overground; ten minutes from London Fields. There is street parking nearby but it is paid Monday to Saturday.
    • Visits are by appointment only, please book a time before coming. We share the building with the other Lexarox Group firms (Accounts and Legal), and reception will direct you to the right meeting room.
